Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFYs) for in-person, school-based positions in the Coachella, California area. This is an opportunity for aspiring speech-language pathologists to begin their careers, complete their Clinical Fellowship, and support students' communication development under supervision of a qualified speech-language pathologist.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or expected completion before start date.
• Eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship and meet California licensure requirements.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.

Responsibilities

• Support speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy services.
• Help students achieve IEP goals and improve communication skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment with supervisory guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and educational team members.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to planning as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
