Job summary

RCM Health Care Services in Los Angeles, CA is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for both full-time and part-time roles. You will evaluate and treat students, deliver pull-in and push-out therapy, and document progress in a collaborative educational setting.

CFYs and new graduates are encouraged to apply; sponsorship and clinical supervision are available. Onsite work with an hourly rate of $50.00 – $75.00 per hour, plus benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• State licensure/certification required; CFYs encouraged; sponsorship available.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluations, and documentation.
• Ability to manage student caseloads and stay compliant with school/state standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy services to students.
• Deliver pull-in and push-out therapy sessions based on IEP requirements.
• Provide in-person therapy services within school-based settings.
• Maintain documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically.
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams on therapy plans.
