Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to join our team in Coachella, CA. This is an in-person, school-based opportunity for aspiring speech-language pathologists to begin their careers, complete their Clinical Fellowship, and make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

You will work under supervision, participate in IEP planning, and collaborate with educators and families to support children's communication development and academic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or expected completion before start date.
• Eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship and meet applicable California licensure requirements.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school-based team.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in required clinical supervision and mentorship throughout the fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support IEP goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with supervision.
• Deliver engaging, student-centered therapy services.
• Monitor progress and adjust approaches with supervisory guidance.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning.
• Engage in clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
• Create a positive, supportive environment for students.
