Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited SLP program with licensure in WA
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFs considered with supervision
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians
- Educate patients, families, and staff on goals and progress
