Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Middletown, RI. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative rehab team dedicated to patient progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• RI SLP license current or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP credential required for this location.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
