Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lampasas, TX. You will work with a rehab team to assess and treat residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current TX SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs during supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
