Job summary

MedCadre seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities include evaluating needs, implementing plans, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, PTs, and OTs to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred/required as applicable).
• Previous clinical, acute-care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
