Job summary

MedCadre in Massachusetts is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a permanent position to provide comprehensive services to patients with diverse conditions, developing individualized plans to improve communication, swallowing, and quality of life.

The role includes evaluating patients, implementing treatment, monitoring progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with physicians and other clinicians in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) preferred or required.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders.
