Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a permanent, full-time position in Hayward, California. The role provides comprehensive services across speech, language, cognitive and swallowing domains, with individualized treatment plans to enhance communication, function, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state license, and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and active state SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required or preferred as applicable.
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders.
