Job summary

Joinkeywork is seeking a Slovenian Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) for an hourly remote contractor role to oversee quality across Slovenian AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Slovenian content and trainer/QA work, provide precise written feedback, and ensure adherence to project rubrics.

You will lead remote teams, communicate updates via Discord, and develop Slovenian project documentation, guidelines, and onboarding materials. Strong Slovenian and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Slovenian, linguistics, translation or related field.
• Native or near-native Slovenian with strong reading and writing skills and good English.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Slovenian language workflows and QA.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Slovenian items, identify quality issues, provide ongoing feedback.
• Communicate updates to trainers and QAs on Discord about new item guidelines and project changes.
• Respond to trainer/QA questions clearly and promptly on Slovenian wording, grammar, case endings, diacritics and terminology.
• Activate inactive contributors, track availability, and flag issues when needed.
• Create and maintain Slovenian project documentation, including style guides and trackers.
• Onboard and train trainers and QAs to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Ensure Slovenian language guidelines are followed as projects evolve.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and propose workflow improvements.
