Arvato in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin is seeking a Slotting Analyst to optimize warehouse operations through data-driven decision-making and strategic inventory placement. You will analyze inventory movement, drive slotting efficiency, and partner with operations to support promotions, launches, and consolidations.

The role involves creating SAP Transfer Orders, maintaining slotting data, and tracking performance metrics to continuously improve service levels and space utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working with large data sets.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Flow) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in data analysis and presenting data in a consumable, management-level format.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory movement and product velocity to identify A, B, and C runners and slot materials efficiently.
• Generate and maintain reports to support slotting decisions and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Create Transfer Orders (TOs) in SAP to move materials and maintain placement accuracy.
• Coordinate slotting for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal volume changes.
• Monitor inventory consolidations and improve space utilization and organization.
• Maintain accurate slotting data and support warehouse cleanup initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory Control, and leadership to implement slotting changes.
• Track slotting and warehouse performance metrics, identify trends and suggest improvements.

The Slotting Analyst at Arvato is responsible for optimizing warehouse operations through strategic inventory placement and data-driven decision-making is critical to delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory movement and product velocity to ensure materials are optimally slotted throughout the warehouse. You will partner with operations to support promotions, product launches, inventory consolidations, and continuous warehouse optimization.

YOUR TASKS

• Analyze inventory movement and product velocity to identify A, B, and C runners and ensure materials are slotted in the most efficient warehouse locations.
• Generate and maintain reports that support slotting decisions and identify opportunities for improved warehouse efficiency.
• Create Transfer Orders (TOs) in SAP to facilitate material moves and maintain accurate product placement.
• Coordinate slotting activities for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal volume changes.
• Monitor and execute inventory consolidations while identifying opportunities to improve space utilization and inventory organization.
• Maintain accurate slotting information and support ongoing warehouse cleanup and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory Control, and warehouse leadership to implement slotting changes that improve productivity and service levels.
• Track key slotting and warehouse performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience working with large data sets.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Flow) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in data analysis and presenting data in a consumable, impactful management-level format.
• Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
