Job summary

Arvato, part of the Bertelsmann group, seeks a Slotting Analyst to optimize warehouse operations through data-driven slotting and inventory placement in Wisconsin. You will analyze movement, generate reports, and support product launches and promotions to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Collaborating with Operations and Inventory Control, you will drive space utilization improvements and maintain accurate slotting data across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years’ experience working with large data sets.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Flow) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in data analysis and presenting data in a management-level format.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory movement and product velocity to identify A, B, and C runners and ensure materials are slotted efficiently.
• Generate and maintain reports supporting slotting decisions and identify opportunities for warehouse efficiency.
• Create Transfer Orders (TOs) in SAP to facilitate material moves and maintain accurate placement.
• Coordinate slotting activities for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes.
• Monitor and execute inventory consolidations and optimize space utilization.
• Maintain accurate slotting information and support warehouse cleanup and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory Control, and warehouse leadership to implement slotting changes that improve productivity and service levels.
• Track slotting and warehouse performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
