Job Title: Slot Technician at The Rivers Casino Pittsburgh

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a skilled Slot Technician to join our team. As a Slot Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of slot machines and related gaming equipment. Your role will also involve ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members while upholding our company's high standards and state gaming regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the maintenance and repair of slot machines, parts, and other gaming equipment.
• Conduct the installation, movement, and removal of gaming-related machinery.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments, state agencies, and vendors.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, promotions, and events, actively informing and engaging guests.
• Uphold accurate gaming logs to ensure compliance with state and internal regulations.
• Safeguard the well-being of all guests and team members, ensuring a secure gaming environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for a two-year electronic degree or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
• Consistently present a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Demonstrate a cooperative and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
• Proven capacity to work effectively within a team setting.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, and adapt to changing schedules.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on the Casino Floor
• Capacity to lift and pull up to 50lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.
