Job summary

Bally's Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV seeks a customer-focused slot attendant to greet guests, explain the players club, enroll new members and assist with accounts and point redemptions.

You will verify payouts, keep machines operating, recommend shows and dining, and ensure compliance with Title 31 and Nevada gaming controls while building lasting guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Provides highest level of customer service.
• Active communication and promotion of the players club program to guests.
• Enrolls new members into players club program.
• Assists guests with accounts, point redemption and questions to ensure a favorable gaming experience.
• Verifies payoff of hand pays and jackpots; resets slot machines after payoff; minimal machine maintenance.
• Recommends shows, restaurants, and attractions; stays current on company news and events to answer guests' questions.
• Ensures slot operations comply with Title 31 and Nevada gaming controls.
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with new and repeat guests.

Target Salary Range:
