- Ability to understand PAR sheets, configuration information, and system records.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication; confidentiality required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Must obtain and maintain required gaming licenses.
Responsibilities
- Independently verify slot machine installations and configurations prior to activation.
- Verify machine information against documentation and system records.
- Maintain verification records and sign-off documentation.
- Reverify equipment after discrepancies are corrected.
- Prepare and review monthly compliance and reporting.
- Escalate discrepancies to Finance and Internal Compliance.
