Qualifications

• Electrical/electronic experience preferred.
• Casino/slot knowledge is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and computer programs preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures the security, maintenance and safeguards of slot machines in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Maintains Electronic Gaming Devices and implements preventative maintenance program.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
• Inspect slot machines for malfunctions and tampering.
• Provide technical advice to Slot Shift Manager regarding payouts and disputes.
• Assist patrons with questions and direct them to safety areas during emergencies.
• Perform duties and responsibilities related to the IGB Statewide Self-Exclusion Program.
