Job summary

Rising Star Casino is seeking a technician to repair electronic and electro-mechanical components in slot machines and related equipment. You will troubleshoot issues with sports wagering kiosks and ensure tasks comply with casino policies and procedures.

The role requires following both verbal and written instructions, maintaining an awareness of federal and Indiana gaming regulations, and reporting any violations promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn on the job.
• Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License – Level 2 required.
• Must be physically able to handle and move slot machines.

Responsibilities

• Repair electronic and electro-mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot sports wagering kiosks and ticket jams.
• Follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Maintain compliance with gaming and safety regulations.
• Report issues to on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty.
• Assist during emergencies as directed by Security.
