Job summary

Luckystarcasino is seeking a Technician to maintain and repair electronic slot-related equipment on the casino floor. The role includes installing, moving, removing and modifying stands, signage and machines while following gaming policies and internal controls.

The technician will also handle jackpot payouts, Title 31 compliance, and ensure accurate documentation. A pre-employment drug test and a valid gaming license are required, with at least six months of related work experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License.
• Minimum six months working experience.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electronic gaming machines and related systems (server, bill acceptor, printer, locks, POS).
• Report and manage issues; reset machines and process jackpots.
• Handle jackpot paperwork and submit to cage when not performing removals/installations.
• Document and log machine status and off/on-line activity.
• Provide STAR treatment to customers, co-workers and vendors.
• Assist with vendor notifications and other duties as assigned.
