Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is seeking a Slot Technician to maintain and repair electronic slot equipment, install, move, and service machines and related signage, in line with IRGC and company policies.

Daily duties include inspecting machines, performing general maintenance, and delivering friendly, professional service to patrons while coordinating with supervisors and staff. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some slot experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing.
• Must be able to work with hand tools and learn to use other related equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others.

The Slot Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all electronic slot equipment in a timely and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for installing, moving, removing, and repairing slot machines and all related equipment including signage, within the guidelines of IRGC and company policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-Time to include: Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

$22.00/hr (including premium pay & Tip average) with 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
