Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort seeks a Slot Technician I/II to maintain and repair electronic gaming machines, Keno, Bingo networks, and related components at our Shelton, CT location. Qualifications

• Knowledge of reading, writing, and interpreting safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to document work logs and communicate with team members.
• Experience supporting gaming operations and customer service in a casino.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with electronic gaming machines.
• Replace faulty components and parts to repair machines and minimize downtime.
• Set up and configure new electronic gaming machines; update software and content.
• Maintain peripheral devices; support Keno, Bingo, ETGs, and Sportsbook equipment.
• Export reports and manage user accounts including Active Directory.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow gaming regulations and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inventory management.
