Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem seeks a Technician - Slots to learn on-the-job and maintain slot machines, minimizing downtime and maximizing floor space revenue. You will work with senior technicians to repair malfunctions, perform model and denomination conversions, and ensure compliance with PGCB and Wind Creek standards.

The role requires basic computers/electronics knowledge, the ability to learn new technologies, and strong customer service within a casino environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers and electronics preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming devices and related systems preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology through training and vendor resources.
• Read, comprehend, and comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance to slot machines on the casino floor and in the slot repair shop.
• Repairing and rebuilding mechanical and electronic slot machine components; troubleshoot.
• Attend training for troubleshooting and repair of PC boards and progressive units.
• Repair appearance issues on the casino floor and maintain machine cleanliness.
• Develop troubleshooting skills for player tracking, progressive systems, and GTECH.
