Job summary

Riverside Casino is seeking a Slot Technician to maintain and repair electronic slot equipment, install and move machines, and handle related signage in accordance with IRGC and company policies. The role is full-time with evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay is $22.00/hr with 40 hours PTO upon hire, and requires a high school diploma or GED. Essential duties include diagnosing malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and providing friendly, professional service to patrons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some slot experience preferred but not required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing.
• Must be able to work with hand tools and learn to use other related equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and repair machines, using hand tools to replace worn or defective electrical or mechanical parts.
• Examine defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions.
• Conduct daily inspections of machines and equipment.
• Conduct general maintenance on all machines and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
• Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
• Comply with all IRGC and company rules and regulations in repairing or programming equipment.
• Effectively present information to top management in a clear and concise manner.

The Slot Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all electronic slot equipment in a timely and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for installing, moving, removing, and repairing slot machines and all related equipment including signage, within the guidelines of IRGC and company policies and procedures.

Schedule: Full-Time to include: Evenings, Overnights, Weekends & Holidays

Salary: $22.00/hr (including premium pay & Tip average) with 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
