Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC is seeking an IT support professional to back up the casino floor technology. You will handle gaming machines, CMS systems, and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, solid networking and PC troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot HHR Electronic Gaming Machines
• Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools
• Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
• Install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines
• Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players
• Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control)
• Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Document network layouts and configurations

What You'll Expect

You’ll support the technology behind the casino floor - from gaming machines to network infrastructure. You’ll ensure all EGM (electronic gaming machines, slot machines), HHR (Historical Horse Racing) machines, POS systems, surveillance, and other tech systems run smoothly, while working closely with vendors and internal teams.
