Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel in Clinton is looking for a Slot Technician to provide exceptional guest service within the Slots department. You will identify and troubleshoot problems with EGMs, repair and move games, and assist with variance checks while upholding Wild Rose's brand and culture.

The role is full-time with a schedule likely including varied shifts. A basic knowledge of electronic theory and a commitment to safety and accuracy are expected, with equal opportunity employment emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electronic gaming machines (EGMs) and components.
• Basic understanding of electronic theory and circuits.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in repairs and testing.

Position Summary

The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions

The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Identify and troubleshoot problems with the EGMs and their components
• Repair, test & move games as required
• Assist with accounting variance checks and other related duties
• Possess a basic understanding of electronic theory
• Observe slot play for illegal tampering/abuse
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary: $12.50 / per hour and attendance incentive
