Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel in Maryland is seeking a Slot Technician to deliver superior guest service while maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines (EGMs).

You will troubleshoot EGMs, repair and test games, and assist with related duties, including monitoring for tampering and supporting accounting variance checks. This full-time position offers an hourly wage and attendance incentive.

Qualifications

• Experience with gaming machines preferred.
• Ability to read basic electrical/electronic theory
• Excellent guest service skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot problems with EGMs and components.
• Repair, test and move games as required.
• Assist with accounting variance checks.
• Observe slot play for tampering/abuse.

Position Summary: The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:

• Identify and troubleshoot problems with the EGMs and their components
• Repair, test & move games as required
• Assist with accounting variance checks and other related duties
• Possess a basic understanding of electronic theory
• Observe slot play for illegal tampering/abuse
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: The schedule for this position is classified as full-time

Salary:$12.50 / per hour and attendance incentive
