Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel in New Jersey seeks a Slot Technician to provide superior guest service through maintenance and operation of casino slot machines. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot EDG components, repair and test machines, assist with jackpot payoffs, and monitor floor activity.

• Perform preventative maintenance, identify/troubleshoot problems with EDG's and their components
• Repair and test machines, move machines, convert games and assist with accounting variance checks
• Circulates around the Casino Floor observing players and functionality of machines
• Assists or verifies in making jackpot payoffs
• Must handle currency as needed or exchange currency at customers request
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary: The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.
