Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel is seeking a part-time Slot Attendant to provide outstanding guest service to our guests. You will assist players with slot machines, walk the casino floor, and help manage cash transactions with accuracy.

The role includes supporting jackpot payouts and monitoring play for any tampering, while upholding the casino’s standards and policies. The position emphasizes reliability and strong customer interaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hospitality or gaming setting preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely.
• Willingness to walk the casino floor and engage with guests.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with slot play and machine interactions.
• Walk the casino floor to engage with slot players and monitor activity.
• Handle cash transactions and exchange currency when needed.
• Assist in jackpot payouts and observe for tampering or irregularities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Summary

TheSlot Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions

• Assist guests with play on slot machines
• Continuously walk the floor and interact with slot players
• Comfortable working with money
• Accurately exchange large denominations of currency for smaller denominations of currency
• Assist in jackpot payouts and observe slot play for illegal tampering/abuse
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

The schedule for this position is classified as part-time.

Salary

Salary: $10.00 per hour plus tips and attendance incentive.
