Job summary

Casino Fandango, L.L.C. seeks a Slot Technician Manager to lead the Slot Technical Operations Department. You will supervise technicians, manage maintenance and installations, and drive continuous improvement to maximize machine uptime and compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, vendor coordination, and cross-department collaboration to meet operational goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing slot machines at the component level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Slot Technical Department.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate Lead Slot Technicians and Slot Technicians.
• Develop and manage department schedules to ensure staffing and floor coverage.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair processes for all slot machines and equipment.
• Ensure maximum machine uptime through troubleshooting and planning.
• Manage inventory levels and procure parts, tools, and equipment.
• Execute slot machine installations, conversions, upgrades, relocations, and removals.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for staff growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Foster a high-performing team environment.
