Job description

Overview

Play a critical role in building a team of solid, dedicated slot technicians, whose purpose is to maintain our slot product to ensure incremental coin in and to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
  • Extensive technical ability and knowledge of slot machine and validator design and circuitry.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assimilate new information rapidly.
  • Ability to delegate and train staff members.
  • Write timely and accurate performance reviews.
Essential Job Functions
  • Supervise shift of technicians.
  • Co‑ordinate and communicate effectively with other departments.
  • Train technicians in machine repairs, tracking system and bill acceptor repair.
  • Trouble shoot circuit boards in gaming equipment to the component level.
  • Help with machine moves as needed. Organize, motivate, lead team during projects.
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Give feedback and solutions to problems and potential problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
