The Slot Supervisor at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino oversees Slot Attendants on the casino floor, acting as the first level of management for slot events and performance. They report to the Slot Shift Manager under the Director of Slot Operations.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, handling jackpots and W-2g reporting, maintaining guest service standards, and ensuring compliance with MICS, TICS and Title 31 regulations to uphold a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
The Slot Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision over Slot Attendants. The Slot Supervisor is the first layer of management to handle slot customer events that occur on the casino floor. They report directly to the Slot Shift Manager, falling under the responsibility of the Director of Slot Operations.
