Job summary

The Slot Supervisor at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino oversees Slot Attendants on the casino floor, acting as the first level of management for slot events and performance. They report to the Slot Shift Manager under the Director of Slot Operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching, handling jackpots and W-2g reporting, maintaining guest service standards, and ensuring compliance with MICS, TICS and Title 31 regulations to uphold a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Previous slot supervisory experience preferred.
• Good writing, mathematics and decision-making skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process jackpots and W-2g's over $1,200.
• Supervises slot attendants and monitors guest service levels.
• Coaches and counsels slot attendants, including annual reviews.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensures compliance with regulations (MICS, TICS, and Title 31).

Summary:

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision over Slot Attendants. The Slot Supervisor is the first layer of management to handle slot customer events that occur on the casino floor. They report directly to the Slot Shift Manager, falling under the responsibility of the Director of Slot Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Process jackpots and W-2g's over $1,200.
• Supervises slot attendants, ensuring guest service standards and staffing levels are being monitored.
• The ability to coach and counsel slot attendants, including, but not limited to writing annual reviews and issuing disciplinary action.
• Makes certain the customer experience is a positive one.
• Ensures all regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to, including MICS, TICS and Title 31 requirements.
