Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests.

• Make change for guests as requested.
• Count change wallet at start and end of shift.
• Payout jackpots to winning guests and complete required logs.
• Complete necessary tax forms for qualifying jackpots.
• Perform minor repairs on slot machines.
• Check and replenish TITO tickets as necessary.
• Maintain excellent Guest Service while conducting ourselves in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with questions or direct them to appropriate party.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
