PENN Entertainment is seeking a motivated team member to join our slot operations team. The role involves maintaining top-tier customer service, assisting players with jackpot requests, and promoting the Slot Player club cards in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies and handling routine machine maintenance, while contributing to a positive guest experience. Candidates should be at least 21 years old with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the Red Carpet Customer Service program with every patron and employee.
• Comply with policies, regulations, and internal controls; reset machines and address minor malfunctions.
• Perform routine procedures on slot machine printers, bill validators, and paper handling; perform minor repairs.
• Handle jackpot requests for players.
• Provide customer service to slot players and address complaints or questions.
• Promote Slot Player club cards; sign-ups and authorizing/retrieving comps.
• Clean areas around machines when possible.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Must promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
• Complies with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position. - Resets machines and repairs minor malfunctions.
• Performs routine procedures with slot machine printers, bill validators, adding/removing paper, and performing minor repairs.
• Handles jackpot requests.
• Provides customer service to slot players (e.g., handles complaints and answers questions).
• Promotes Slot Player club cards and duties include getting new card sign-ups and authorizing/retrieving comps for players.
• Cleans area around machines when time allows.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills. - Dedicated team player.
• Able to handle multiple tasks; flexible and positive when adjusting to change.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
