Job summary

Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA is seeking a Dual Rate Slot Supervisor/Shift Manager to lead the Slots team on your shift and deliver top-tier guest service. You’ll oversee staffing, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with PGCB regulations while keeping operations smooth on the casino floor.

This role requires a high school diploma and willingness to obtain PA gaming licensing; prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees.
• PA gaming license eligibility or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise slot operations on the assigned shift.
• Enforce company policies, service standards and PGCB regulations.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and adjust as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes.
• Complete daily slot department paperwork and shift reports.
