Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Mulvane, KS is seeking a full-time Dual Slot Floorperson/Supervisor (grave shift) to oversee slot operations and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. You will handle cash, payouts, and money handling, monitor floor activities, and supervise slot staff on your shift.

Qualifications include being 21+, knowledge of gaming rules, excellent communication and customer service, a high school diploma, and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented.
• Able to use a handheld radio and microphone
• One (1) year of experience in the same or similar role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts and money handling.
• Monitor slot floor activities, BV jams, paper jams, data entry, guest relations, and dispatch.
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and team members.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Perform minor machine maintenance.
• Provides direct supervision for slot personnel on an assigned shift.
• Maintain the security of funds and equipment, issuing necessary equipment to slotpersonnel.
• Provide approvals as necessary.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and are in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
• Supervise, train, evaluate and discipline slot department personnel
