Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort in Washington is seeking a Slot Attendant to manage slot operations during an assigned shift and deliver outstanding guest service in a dynamic casino environment.

You will ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations and casino policies, perform duties of a Rewards Card Representative, and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as early as 4pm, as late as 3:30am).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Prior casino experience, customer service, or slot department.
• Must have thorough knowledge of, or the demonstrated ability to learn, master, teach and administer Slot operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee slot operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations and casino policies and procedures.
• Perform duties of Rewards Card Representative.
