Job summary

The Point Casino & Hotel in Washington state is seeking a hands-on Slot Supervisor to lead the slot team, manage floor operations, and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience.

You will coach Attendants, approve jackpots, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with Security, Cage, Marketing, Surveillance to keep the floor running smoothly. This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of slot operations experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of slot operations terminology and analytics.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Slot Attendants and Slot Leads.
• Oversee day-to-day slot floor operations.
• Approve jackpots and hand pays within authorized limits.
• Investigate guest incidents, machine irregularities, and potential policy violations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help your team succeed.
• Communicate staffing needs and guest trends to Slot Management.
• Partner with Security, Cage, Marketing, Surveillance, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
