Job summary

Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place seeks a Director of Slot Operations to lead the strategic leadership, operational management, and financial performance of all slot operations. The role oversees the floor experience, gaming performance, regulatory compliance, technology initiatives, and team development to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and support business objectives.

The position requires evaluating industry trends, establishing goals and metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

Extensive leadership experience in casino slot operations.
Strong knowledge of slot accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to analyze data and drive revenue improvements.
Experience managing budgets and capital expenditures.
Multi-property or large-scale casino operations experience.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for all slot operations.
Evaluate trends and technologies to enhance the slot product offering.
Establish goals, metrics and service standards.
Analyze slot data to maximize revenue and profitability.
Develop strategies for machine placement, floor layout and game mix.
Monitor asset utilization and optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
Maintain integrity and security of slot operations through audits and reporting.
Lead, develop, and mentor managers.
Foster accountability and guest service excellence.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for equipment sourcing and upgrades.
Manage capital projects and technology implementations.
Prepare and present operational and financial reports to executives.
Address guest concerns and drive improvements based on feedback.
