Job summary

Cocopah Casino & Resort/Event Center in Somerton, AZ seeks a Slot Technician to maintain and repair all casino slot and video machines under supervision of the Slot Manager Assistant. You will walk the casino floor, diagnose malfunctions, repair ticket kiosks, and ensure accurate logs and reporting.

The role requires English fluency, 21+ age, pre-employment drug testing, and compliance with gaming regulations. Strong mechanical/electrical skills and familiarity with slot systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (read/write)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pre-employment random drug testing required
• Experience with slot machines/electronic equipment preferred
• Able to lift/move heavy objects and work in a 24/7 casino environment
• Knowledge of CDC Covid-19 regulations compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Walk the casino floor to spot machine malfunctions.
• Diagnose and repair slot machines and ticket redemption kiosks.
• Repair jams in bill/ticket/printer/hopper mechanisms.
• Maintain logs/reports of malfunctions and maintenance.
• Maintain organized parts storage and inventory communication.
• Ensure guest service with professional conduct.
