Job summary

JETT Gaming is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain slot machines and related gaming equipment across the assigned route in Nevada. The role requires performing routine inspections, service calls, and installations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will set up CVTs, safes, PT systems, and networking cabling, document activities, and provide guidance to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience preferred.
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License with clean DMV record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, convert, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and related gaming equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and service CVTs, safes, PT systems, progressive systems, ATMs, and other gaming-related equipment.
• Install, terminate, test, and maintain Cat5e, Cat6a, and fiber-optic cabling.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service calls as assigned.
• Accurately document installations, repairs, conversions, service activities, and cash transactions.
