JETT Gaming is seeking qualified individuals for Slot Technician positions. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your technical skills and attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

Job Summary:

As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing slot machines and related gaming equipment across our slot route. You’ll also perform routine inspections, service calls, installations, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, remove, convert, and repair slot machines
  • Set up and maintain CVTs, safes, PT systems, progressive systems, and ATMs
  • Terminate and run Cat5e, Cat6a, and Fiber
  • Accurately log installations, repairs, conversions, and cash transactions (hand pays/jackpots)
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members
  • Operate company vehicle on assigned slot route
  • Educating clients on JETT Gaming equipment and systems
  • Work independently and within a team
  • 2 years of relevant experience (cash handling experience preferred)
  • Valid Nevada Driver’s License and clean DMV printout
  • Ability to obtain Gaming Registration through the Nevada Gaming Control Board
  • Must pass pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check
  • Physically capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting at least 40 lbs.
