**JOB PURPOSE:**A successful Change Attendant must provide exceptional guest service to our guests and adhere to all Gaming control policies and procedures. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:* Ensure the assigned area is neat and clean.* Monitor slot equipment in order to maintain proper use and maintenance.* Greet all new and existing players and accommodating their needs within program guidelines to ensure player satisfaction and encourage return visits* Monitor and pay jackpots.* Monitor and help maintain all change machines.* Handle guest complaints and disputes fairly and with the best interest of the hotel/casino in mind.This job has no supervisory responsibilities. **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
