Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is hiring a Slot Attendant to deliver prompt, courteous service on the casino floor. You will handle jackpots, vouchers, and minor repairs while ensuring accuracy and asset integrity.

You will be the front line of guest interaction, maintaining a welcoming environment, processing payments, and supporting casino operations with a focus on safety and compliance with gaming laws. Prior slot experience is a plus.

Formación

• 6 months of guest service or casino operations experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating casino systems.
• Ability to learn slot machine operations and payout procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Monitor assigned slot section(s) efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Proactively assist guests by responding to service lights, processing jackpots, redeeming ticket vouchers, and making minor machine repairs.
• Refill printer vouchers, inspect for counterfeit currency, and enter jackpot data accurately into the computer system.
• Handle and secure company-issued keys in compliance with departmental procedures.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while resolving guest disputes and promoting special offers or property amenities.
• Communicate effectively with team members via radio to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain an accurate assigned currency bank and follow all proper money-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to detect and report any suspicious behavior or attempts to cheat.
• Notify Slot Operations management of floor irregularities and elevate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
