DeKalb Health in Diberville, Mississippi is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor to support the Slot Shift Manager, oversee floor operations, and ensure accurate handling of funds.

This role requires at least 3 years in slot gaming, strong customer service, and the ability to communicate via two-way radio. Eligible for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum three years’ experience within a slot gaming operation.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications.
• Must have open availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience within a slot gaming operation.
• Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
• Working knowledge of the various slot and video games, technology and equipment found on the casino floor.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently during shift.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
