Job summary

Bally's in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Slot Floor Attendant to engage customers and colleagues with a friendly, professional demeanor while ensuring smooth operation of slot machines and procedures.

The role requires standing for long periods, light machine maintenance, and accurate cash and jackpot documentation; strong communication and knowledge of gaming regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a casino or gaming environment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses/certifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and employees.
• Perform minor machine maintenance: lock/unlock doors, clear jams, replenish paper, reset machines.
• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions and jackpot payouts clearly.
• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio.
• Conduct slot floor activities to protect company property and funds; maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings and complete required written documentation.

• Perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines
• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner
• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Maintain secure key controls at all times
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation
