Job summary

Rivers Casino is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional guest services at our Philadelphia property. You will welcome guests, assist with slot-related tasks, and communicate promotions and benefits while upholding casino policies and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, smoky environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One or more years in a customer service environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with team members and guests.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers.
• Assists with payment of slot jackpots, ticket fills and equipment jams.
• Notifies Slot Technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.
• Discretionary ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
• Responds to guest questions, issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Knowledgeable of casino including but not limited to hours of operations of casino, restaurants, and other amenities.
• Responsible for executing new card sign-ups.
• Informs members of benefits, contests and promotions.
• Complies with internal controls, standards and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
