Responsibilities
- Encourage and motivate peers/players to have fun
- Demonstrate ability to fulfill the Slot Attendant role
- Proactively enhance the player experience
- Recognize and explain simple Ci/CO/TOTi jams
- Celebrate jackpots publicly, promoting excitement
- Engage guests with activities like singing, dancing, or wearing funny items to elevate excitement
- Assist players with questions or issues
- Prioritize lights: 1) Change, 2) Hopper/Ticket Fills, 3) Jackpots, based on tier status
- Encourage positive interactions with players and co-workers
- Promote events and promotions actively
- Provide excellent all-around service to players
- Patrol the floor for interaction opportunities within 20 minutes
- Maintain visibility and avoid congregating with co-workers
- Participate in pre-shift and Buzz Sessions, providing feedback and positivity
- Promote card utilization
- Read players' open/closed status and adapt service accordingly
- Personalize service without scripting
- Represent the company professionally and funly
- Create a perception of luck, action, and excitement
- Provide excellent customer service with a proven track record
- Process taxable transactions up to $4,999, understanding CMS and SDS systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Adaptable, flexible, positive
- Detail-oriented with follow-through
- Physically capable of handling tasks involving pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs., and moving in various positions and spaces
