Job summary

Augustine Casino in California is seeking a reliable Slot Attendant to engage guests, assist with payouts and jackpots, and educate players on slot machines. You will maintain a clean floor, handle cash accurately, and ensure machines are functioning properly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payouts, monitoring the floor for issues, and upholding all casino policies. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from Augustine Gaming Commission.
• Must complete Title 31 training within 90 days of employment.

• We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Slot Attendant to join our team at Augustine Casino. As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable gaming experience by assisting with their slot machine needs.

• Slot Attendants maintain a bank, accurately and effectively breaking/changing bills, redeem slot tickets, perform basic math such as addition, subtraction and multiplication to determine sum of bill/ vouchers and to explain pervious plays/pays.
