Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon’s southern coast region seeks a Slot Ambassador to welcome guests, ensure safe, clean, and friendly spaces, and support a high-energy gaming floor. You will witnessauthorize slot jackpot payments and help resolve guest concerns with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, confidentiality, and team-first mindsets, plus the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. 21+ required.

What you bring to the table

• Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
• Serve as the official witness/authorizing signature for slot jackpot payments following department policies-and authorize guest services as outlined in complimentary procedures.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, resolving issues or gathering the right information for the Coquille Tribal Gaming Commission to review.
• Assist guests with currency exchanges for slot play.
• Provide witnessing or authorizing signatures and help coordinate guest-satisfaction resolutions.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

Must-haves, nice-to-haves, and maybe some bonus points

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Strong cash-handling experience or comparable accounting skills.
• Ability to navigate the Oasis Ticket Redemption Center validation system.
• Customer service experience, especially in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
• A team-first mindset, strong personal organization, confidentiality, and self-motivation.
• Commitment to maintaining an orderly workspace and following all policies and procedures.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass and maintain compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check, and drug-free workplace requirements.

Physical stuff to know
