Job summary

Arizona Charlie's LLC is seeking a Slot Attendant to deliver prompt, courteous service on the casino floor. You will handle jackpots, ticket vouchers, and minor machine repairs with accuracy, while keeping assets secure and operations smooth.

You will monitor slots, assist guests via radio, refill printers, manage currency banks, and uphold security and compliance with laws and internal controls. Prior guest service or casino operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a guest service or casino operations role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a high-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating systems such as computers, radios, scanners, and adding machines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service on the casino floor.
• Monitor assigned slot sections and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist guests by responding to service lights, processing jackpots, redeeming vouchers, and minor machine repairs.
• Refill printer vouchers and ensure currency accuracy; enter data into the computer system.
