Hourly pay starts at $23.00/hr with first shift hours; safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures are essential. The successful candidate will operate equipment and contribute to timely, quality production results.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED equivalent.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read customer specifications and QA alerts.
• Experience with sit-down forklifts and material-handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks safely and identify hazards in the production environment.
• Familiar with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Uphold company safety and quality standards.
• Oversee setup and assist line to ensure correct equipment.
• Follow work instructions for each purchase order.
• Adhere to customer quality instructions.
• Document slitting records in logs.
• Monitor material during slitting process.
• Ensure samples, labels and packaging meet customer requirements.
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely.
